MS1 Band Signing Day

Attention all 2025-2026 season MS1 participants! The wait is over. Band Signing Day is finally here. This is your first step in having an Amazing season. This event is all about the paperwork and Fair Share Contribution.
We will also be scheduling a uniform fitting for our brand new Seniors in their uniforms for upcoming Senior Pictures/Banners. Please print out the forms below and bring them with you to Band Signing Day. (Stay Tuned In for Date/Time Details.)
Keep in mind that some forms will require a Notary and completed physicals. We will have a Notary available at Band Signing Day. However, if you still need physicals please let us know at the event as your student will not be able to participate in Band Camp activities without it.

Via Personal Check Written out to Yulee Band Parent Association. (Has No fee and should be mailed to YBPA or given to a YBPA Board member ONLY. Please Do Not give checks or cash to Band Director).
