Fill My Fundraiser!!
Directions for Parents: “Fill My” Fair Share Fundraiser
We are so excited to roll out our “Fill My” fundraiser as another way to help families reduce the financial burden of marching season! Every single dollar raised can go in your pocket to help pay for your student’s fair share!
There are multiple ways to participate in this fundraiser:
Option 1: Social Media + Digital Tracking
1. Download your student’s fundraiser image.
2. Upload it to your social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
3. Be sure to include your preferred payment methods in the post such as Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, etc.
4. As friends and family claim an amount and donate, simply use the markup tool on your phone’s photo app to cross off, color in, or mark the amount claimed.
5. Re-upload your updated image so others can see what is still available!
Option 2: Print & Color Version
Not super tech savvy? No worries—we thought of that too!
1. Post your fundraiser online if you'd like.
2. Print the PDF copy of your fundraiser page.
3. As donations come in, color in or mark off the amounts that have been claimed.
4. Snap an updated photo and post it again!

Tips for Success!!
-Be consistent with posting and sharing updates.
-Many families find success when they post thank-you shoutouts to donors or write donor names on completed sections.
- Don’t be afraid to go a little old school, students can even take the printed copy door to door to ask for support from neighbors, family friends, or local businesses.
