How to Submit a Band Absence Form:
We understand that life happens! If your student will miss a rehearsal, performance, camp, or band event, please complete the Band Absence Form as soon as possible so staff can plan accordingly.
Directions for Submitting an Absence Form

Open the Microsoft Absence Form
Use the link provided in the Remind and on our website! -
Complete All Required Information
Please be prepared to provide:-
Student’s first and last name

Date(s) of absence
-
Reason for absence
-

Submit the Form
Once all information is completed, click Submit. You should receive a confirmation that your form was successfully sent.
Important Reminders:

Submitting an absence form does not automatically excuse an absence. Staff will review submissions according to handbook policies. We will reach out on Remind if needed.

Please submit forms as early as possible to allow for proper planning of drill, choreography, music, and transportation.

Last-minute absences can significantly impact the success of the ensemble, especially during performance season.

Communication matters! If there is an emergency, please also communicate directly with staff when possible on Remind; especially for things the day of. This keeps students safe.
